Description

PCH (Department of Canadian Heritage) is requesting the services of a Contractor with expertise and experience in the fabrication and delivery of specified quantities of high tenacity, acid-dyed, nylon banners for display on Confederation Boulevard, the ceremonial route in the heart of Canada’s Capital.
