REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST CBRM_EOI01-2022 CBRM RAPID HOUSING INITIATIVE Closing: Thursday, January 26, 2023 at 2:00 pm local time

The Cape Breton Regional Municipality is issuing an Expression of Interest for qualified proponents to work with the CBRM on a Rapid Housing Initiative. The Rapid Housing Initiative is a Federal program that provides funding for the rapid development of new residential units that willl provide housing for those in need of deeply affordable housing. Units must be targeted to vulnerable populations who are homeless or at severe risk of experiencing homelessness with a percentage of housing that must be targeted to women/women with children, urban Indigenous populations and Black Canadians.
