Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), Western Region, on behalf of Department of National Defence, Joint Task Force North, (JTFN) and Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) Operations and Exercises in Yukon Territories, has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the supply, delivery and offloading of various quantities of miscellaneous groceries to kitchens, on an "as and when requested basis" for the period of the Standing Offer. 2. The period of the Standing Offer(s) is from date of issuance to January 31, 2026, with two additional one year option periods.3. Yukon First NationThis procurement is subject to the Yukon First Nation Umbrella Agreement"Yukon First Nation" means one of the following:1. Carcross/Tagish First Nation;2. Champagne and Aishihik First Nations; or

Dawson First Nation;3. Kluane First Nation;4. Kwanlin Dun First Nation; or Liard First Nation;5. Little Salmon/Carmacks First Nation;6. First Nation of Nacho Nyak Dun; or Ross River Dena Council;7. Selkirk First Nation;8. Ta'an Kwach'an Nation9. Teslin Tlingit Council;10. Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation; or

White River First Nation.For purposes of interpretation:"Yukon First Nations" means all of the Yukon First Nations defined as a Yukon First Nation.Delivery Date: Above-mentionedThe Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
