The work generally involves the construction of:
City of Cold Lake Operations Centre Site Servicing, Grading, and Road Works
UNDERGROUND:
1. Trenching & Backfilling 1,680 l.m
2. Supply and Install 300mm DR18 C900 PVC water 285 l.m
3. Supply and Install 250mm DR18 C900 PVC water 63 l.m
4. Supply and Install 150mm DR18 C900 PVC water 94 l.m
5. Supply and Install 50mm HDPE DR11 water by means of directional drilling 255 l.m.
6. Supply and Install 50mm HDPE DR11 pressure sewer by means of directional drilling 685 l.m.
7. Supply and Install water valves (various sizes) 6 ea.
8. Supply and Install Hydrant c/w valve 2 ea.
9. Supply and Install 900mm storm sewer 38 l.m.
10. Supply and Install 600mm storm sewer 484 l.m.
11. Supply and Install 300mm storm sewer 371 l.m.
12. Supply and Install 1500mm catchbasin/storm manholes (various sizes) 16 ea.
13. Supply and Install 250mm sanitary sewer 295 l.m.
14. Supply and Install 75mm pressure sewer by means of directional drilling 685 l.m
15. Supply and install 1200mm Sanitary manhole 2 ea.
16. Supply and install 300 gallon holding tank and pump system 1 l.s.
17. Supply and install Communications Conduit c/w trenching and backfilling 1359 l.m.

18. 300mm Depth Subgrade Preparation 9185 m2
19. 320mm Depth Crushed Gravel Base 3075 m2
20. 400mm Depth Crushed Gravel Base (two lifts) 5300 m2
21. 120 mm Depth Hot Mix Asphalt (two lifts) 2675 m2
22. Topsoil placement and hydroseeding 11,700 m2
23. Common Excavation 4825 m3
24. Borrow Excavation 1405 m3
