HAMLET OF SEVEN PERSONS MULTI-USE FACILITY - CYPRESS COUNTY - HAMLET OF SEVEN PERSONS MULTI-USE FACILITY

The municipality seeks to develop one multi-use facility that will accommodate public works vehicles and firehall vehicles and equipment. The Seven Persons location is to be built on the corner of 4th Ave. & Mildred Street.

The selected Contractor will be required to perform, and be responsible for the following services and duties:

 Construction of the Project and any ancillary infrastructure to meet the performance requirements which are specified in this RFP, meeting all of the program and technical standards requirements of the Project Owner, including tie-in to existing services
 Provision of all site services/utility connections, including water, wastewater, storm sewer, electricity, telephone, natural gas, and data services
 Securing any and all required permits from the Federal, Provincial and Municipal entities and other authorities having jurisdiction
 Commissioning all the operational components of the facility to ensure full operational compliance
 Oversight of the initial one (1) year warranty period while satisfactory performance is demonstrated
 Completing the project within the schedule and the fixed price established by the contract
