SUMMARY OF WORK
This contract includes the supply of all plant, labour, materials and equipment necessary to complete the tender package as identified in Section 00 21 13 - INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS and as per drawings and specifications.
.1 Contract method: Stipulated Sum.
.2 Owner's occupancy: Carry out work in manner to keep disruption of normal building activities minimized.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following:
.1 Coordinate the installation of Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) feeder breaker in existing distribution panel within hospital distribution.
.2 Provide underground raceways for EVSE power cabinet, and EVSE charging stations.
.3 Installation of electrical distribution within EVSE power cabinet. Equipment is Owner supplied and shipped to site.
.4 All feedersand branch wiring for EVSE power cabinet and EVSE charging stations due to EVSE charging station delivery, contractor shall allow for a delayed install of EVSE pedestals and wiring.
.5 All civil works indicated for EVSE locations and any civil remediation work associated with electrical trenching.
.6 All BAS controls work associated with metering of EVSE feeders and circuits.
SITE ASSESSMENT
A site review will be held for General contractors on Friday, May 26, 2023 at 10:00 am.
This will be the only opportunity for review of existing site conditions with the HorizonNB representatives and all the consultants present and available to answer questions arising from the review of the site and the Contract Documents. Contact persons are listed on the cover sheet.
