RFQ is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category or categories:

Vendors prequalified under RFPQ 19-062:
ALSA Road Construction Ltd.;
Lafarge Canada;
PCL Construction;
Marmot Construction Services Ltd.;
Standard General Inc.; and
Volker Stevin Contracting Ltd.

Summary Description of Procurement:
Includes the refurbishment of the following areas within Bridgeland / Riverside as part of the main streets program. 1Ave NE and 2 Ave NE

This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
