Description

All required supporting documentation and the bid must be submitted at the latest by 2:00 PM EST on November 3, 2023. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. PWGSC, on behalf of Transport Canada, is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to obtain the services from a contractor for the construction of an agricultural road in Mirabel, Quebec.
