AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 2024-05-03 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Reissue of Solicitation of Offers. This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of offers number WS4273656557 dated 2023-11-09 with a closing of 2023-12-21 at 14:00 EST. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to Offeror's who offered on the previous solicitation. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide a new steam turbine power system and software that records data to Royal Military College of Canada (RMC).
