Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP)Link-Level Road Speed Data and Performance AnalyticsThe objective of this Work is to obtain access to a web based data access tool from a service provider who acquires passive data on passenger and commercial vehicle movements from other data sources such as cellular, smartphone, GPS, Bluetooth, etc. for travel within Canada and a buffer zone within the United States. Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted.
