AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by November 12, 2025 at 02:00PM EST. All bids submitted after 02:00PM EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide resources to carry out instructional services including learning, training and education on an as and when required basis to Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC). Policy on Reciprocal Procurement: This solicitation of offers is open to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an applicable trading partner.
