PWGSC, on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND), is issuing this request for proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of 3000 padlocks (minimum security grade level 3) including delivery, located in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec, Canada, as detailed in Annex Statement of Requirement.
