Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is issuing this Request for information (RFI) to gather information with respect to the issue of perceived unfair advantage and conflict of interest in procurement processes arising from the provision of project planning and programming services, more specifically for projects carried out in the province of Quebec.
