Description

Transport Canada is seeking a contractor to conduct a study that supports evidence-based policy and investment decisions. The Study will analyze and compare the cost of moving containerized freight through Canada’s East and West Coast gateways relative to competing US and Mexican gateways and
will also assess port fee and tariff structures at Canadian ports across multiple vessel types and commodity categories, with benchmarking against international ports
