175490 - Research and Engagement for Supportive Funding Review Project

The City of North Vancouver (the City) is requesting responses to this Request for Proposal to provide research and engagement services that will contribute to and inform the Supportive Funding Review Project, which is the City’s review of supportive funding mechanisms to community organizations (such as grants, core funding, fee for community service contracts, community facility grants, etc.). The findings from the consultant’s work will guide the city’s work to create a new supportive funding framework that meets the city’s objectives and desired outcomes
