Notice is hereby given that Fraser Health Authority (the “Health Authority”), through their agent Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”), intends to directly award a Contract to the following supplier to provide an eLearning Platform Subscription for an approximate five (5) year term at an estimated value of $6,495,860.00

In accordance with applicable trade agreements, PHSA, as agent for the Health Authority has chosen not to proceed with a competitive process for the following reason:
- the goods or services can be supplied only by the selected supplier and no alternative or substitute exists for the following reason:
- To ensure compatibility with existing goods, or to maintain specialized goods that must be maintained by the manufacturer of those goods or its representative.
Rationale
To support practice readiness and end-user education for MEDITECH Expanse, the Health Authority is intending to leverage MEDITECH’s certified e-learning content provider, MedPower, and their Integrated Learning Management system. This system enables timely, targeted and auditable support and training to the user base. MedPower is MEDITECH’s official and exclusive online training partner. The subscription to this proprietary system provides exclusive access to a catalog of over 140 MEDITECH certified roles-based, Expanse courses and upwards of 1000 individual lessons, integrated knowledge checks and provision of new training content updates.
Vendors who wish to challenge this decision should submit a detailed written objection for the attention of Yidan Song, by email before 2:00pm Pacific Time,
September 06, 2023.
PHSA will review any and all issues received by this date and provide due consideration to each objection.
