Description

1.This RFP is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to the Submission Deadline that they are prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category or categories: Water Main, SAN and STM Sewer Installation and Replacement C7200100; OR Water Feeder Mains, SAN/STM Sewer Trunks C7200105.

2. Description: 2.2km long of 1650mm sanitary trunk installation using tunnelling and open cut methods. Drainage improvement works and repairs.

3.This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.

4. Agreement Term: Substantial completion (scheduled Operational Date) 2025 -June -06
