Description

Notice is hereby given by the Board of Education of School District No.41 (Burnaby) (“SD41”) of 4054 Norfolk Street, Burnaby, BC V5G 0C3 of its intent to directly award a purchase order to the following supplier to prepare Fire Safety Plan for 30 sites within the Burnaby School District.

Vendors who wish to challenge this decision should submit a detailed written objection for the attention of the undersigned, by email before noon 15:00 pm Pacific Time, Sept 29, 2023. Challenges to the proposed direct award should clearly demonstrate how the respondent submitting a Challenge is able to meet all the criteria identified above. The School District will review any and all issues received by this date and provide due consideration to each objection.
