Description

Northwestern Polytechnic currently owns and maintains a property at the Fairview Campus, located at 11235 98 Avenue, known as Dunvegan Hall. This Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) seeks to attract interest from external parties in the property for the purpose of building renewal and development for future occupancy. Proposals of all types will be reviewed for merit and alignment with NWP strategic goals.

Dunvegan Hall is a two-story, 2,352 square meter, dormitory style student residence building that was built in 1967. Lower and Upper Dunvegan Hall floors each contain 12 double occupancy dormitory rooms with shared kitchen and living spaces, and shared washroom facilities.
