SR-27-FY24 - Cleaning Services

This request for proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation (the “NSLC”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Cleaning Services at our Head Office location, as per the specifications. The term of this contract will be three (3) years with two (2) additional one (1) year renewal options.

Pricing must be firm for the initial three (3) year period
-Year 1 to run from date of award to October 31, 2024
-Year 2 to run from November 1, 2024, to October 31, 2025
-Year 3 to run from November 1, 2025, to October 31, 2026

Optional Years
-Year 4 to run from November 1, 2026, to October 31, 2027
-Year 5 to run from November 1, 2027, to October 31, 2028

Optional Years:
NSLC reserves the right to request extensions for additional years (years four through five) or to issue a new RFP. If extension(s) are requested by NSLC, vendor will have the option to submit an increase at the time of the extension for consideration by NSLC. NSLC can accept the increase or issue a new RFP.

A non-mandatory site meeting is scheduled at the location as follows: Thursday, October 12, 2023, at 9:00AM All proponents are to sign the “Vendor Session Sign-In” form to confirm their attendance. The sign-in sheet will be circulated before the start of the meeting and collected by the meeting facilitator once the meeting officially commences.
