Description

Request for Bids (RFB) for the provision of fixed wing aircraft to conduct winter aerial angler Surveys in designated geographical Sectors, including selected lakes or parts of lakes, within the Northeast, Northwest and Southern Regions, in the Province of Ontario.
Scope of Work
Winter aerial angler Surveys to be completed from January 2023 to March 2023. Air Operator to provide primary and secondary pilot, as well as an on-board observer. Services will require the on-board observer to conduct and record Data on forms provided by the Ministry. Pilot of the aircraft shall not fulfil the function of the on-board observer.

All single engine Aircraft used to provide the Deliverables shall be equipped with either skis or wheel skis. The proposed aircraft type shall be listed under CARs 702 Aerial Works in the Air Operator(s)’ Certificate.
