Description

The Town of Comox (the ‘Town’) invites interest organizations, associations, and businesses to submit a proposal to lease commercial retail space in the new Marina Services Building (MSB) in Marina Park, Comox, BC, for the use of space within the MSB commercial building adjacent to the public boardwalk.
There are two units coming available for commercial tenancy in February of 2024:
Unit 104: 415 square feet
Unit 105: 200 square feet
