Description

High Prairie School Division provides education and school bus transportation for approximately 3,000 students. Education is in 12 schools where 2,100 students are transported to/from school. Transportation operates 46 school routes including field trips with a varied bus fleet of 76 units in the province of Alberta with operations in Slave Lake, Kinuso, Joussard, High Prairie, Donnelly, Falher. We travel approximately 9,000 kilometres each day for 10 months of the year.

The purpose of this SEALED TENDER is to purchase FOUR school buses and ONE wheelchair-accessible school bus to be delivered no later than July/August 2024.

Award for the supply of the specified services will be made in accordance with the contents of this TENDER. HPSD reserves the right to award this TENDER in whole. Furthermore, HPSD reserves the right, dependent on operational requirements, to change the tender requirements. While critically important, the lowest price of any TENDER not necessarily accepted.
