Proposals will be received by NB Power until February 29, 2024 at 1:30 PM, AST for the following:

REPLACEMENT ADJUSTABLE SPEED DRIVE SYSTEM
POINT LEPREAU GENERATING STATION
REFER TO SECTION 3.7 FOR DETAILS REGARDING MANDATORY MEETING
Proposals shall be submitted using the Sourcing Intelligence? on the Wood Mackenzie Supply Chain Intelligence Platform (the "Platform"), previously PowerAdvocate Sourcing Intelligence? Platform, via the internet. The website address is http://www.poweradvocate.com No paper or faxed bids will be accepted.
To ensure consideration, Proponents shall be properly completed and uploaded to the Tender tab under Tab 2 - "Upload Documents". All datasheets must be completed for Proposals to be considered acceptable by NB Power. NB Power reserves the right to reject Proposals that do not comply with the submission instructions.
It is the responsibility of the Proponent to ensure that its information is received by NB Power (that is, uploaded and/or saved to the Platform) by the due date and time. Any Proposal received after the stated date and time will be rejected.
There will be no public tender openings.

Les soumissions doivent être soumises en utilisant Sourcing IntelligenceMD sur la plateforme Wood Mackenzie Supply Chain Intelligence (la «#plateforme#»), anciennement la plateforme PowerAdvocate Sourcing IntelligenceMD, via Internet. L'adresse du site web est http://www.poweradvocate.com. Aucune soumission papier ou par télécopie ne sera acceptée.
Pour assurer la prise en compte, les soumissions doivent être correctement remplies et téléchargées dans l'onglet «#Tender tab (soumission)#» sous l'onglet 2 - «#Upload Documents (télécharger les documents)#». Toutes les fiches techniques doivent être remplies pour être considérées comme acceptables par Énergie NB. Énergie NB se réserve le droit de rejeter les propositions non conformes aux directives de l'appel d'offres.
Il est de la responsabilité du soumissionnaire de s'assurer que ses renseignements soient reçus par Énergie NB (c'est-à-dire qu'ils sont téléchargés et/ou enregistrés sur la plateforme) au plus tard à la date et à l'heure prévues. Toute soumission reçue après la date et l'heure indiquées sera rejetée.
Il n'y aura pas d'appel d'offres public.
