NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Proposals will be received by NB Power until February 22, 2024 at 1:30 PM, AST for the following:

POINT LEPREAU GENERATING STATION
Proposals shall be submitted using the Sourcing Intelligence? on the Wood Mackenzie Supply Chain Intelligence Platform (the "Platform"), previously PowerAdvocate Sourcing Intelligence? Platform, via the internet. The website address is Supply Chain Intelligence | Wood Mackenzie No paper or faxed bids will be accepted.
To ensure consideration, Proposals shall be properly completed and uploaded to the Tender tab under Tab 2 - "Upload Documents". All datasheets must be completed for Proposals to be considered acceptable by NB Power. NB Power reserves the right to reject Proposals that do not comply with the submission instructions.
It is the responsibility of the Proponent to ensure that its information is received by NB Power (that is, uploaded and/or saved to the Platform) by the due date and time. Any Proposal received after the stated date and time will be rejected.
There will be no public proposal openings.

Les propositions doivent être soumises en ligne par le biais de Sourcing Intelligence? sur la plateforme Wood Mackenzie Supply Chain Intelligence (la «#plateforme#»), anciennement PowerAdvocate Sourcing Intelligence? Platform. Voici l'adresse du site web : Supply Chain Intelligence | Wood Mackenzie. Aucune proposition papier ou envoyée par télécopieur ne sera acceptée.
Pour être prises en considération, les propositions doivent être dûment remplies et téléchargées dans l'onglet «#Tender#» (offre), sous l'onglet 2, «#Upload Documents#» (télécharger les documents). Toutes les fiches techniques doivent être remplies pour que les propositions soient considérées comme acceptables par Énergie NB. Énergie NB se réserve le droit de rejeter les propositions qui ne sont pas conformes aux directives de soumission.
Il incombe au soumissionnaire de veiller à ce qu'Énergie NB reçoive tous les documents (c'est-à-dire qu'ils soient téléchargés ou sauvegardés sur la plateforme) à la date et à l'heure prévues. Toute proposition reçue après la date et l'heure indiquées sera rejetée.
Le processus de soumission des propositions ne sera pas ouvert au public.
