Description

BCLC is seeking Executive and Senior Leadership Development services from qualified proponents that can provide 2 integrated leadership development and coaching/mentoring programs – one for Senior Leaders (approx. 40-45 directors) and another for the Executive Team (7 individuals). The goal of the 2 programs is to provide leadership development and coaching/mentoring to elevate BCLC’s Executive Team and Senior Leaders to successfully execute our 5-year strategy.
