SIL2024-RFP-TV,INTERNET,PHONE - Request For Proposal For TV, Internet, & Phone Services: Residential Bulk Program & Corporate Internet and Wifi Services

Silvera for Seniors (“Silvera” or the “Organization”) is requesting proposals for a minimum five year contract for TV, internet and phone services to our residents in 28 communities throughout the city of Calgary. These 28 communities consist of 8 Supported Living communities and twenty-one Independent Living communities with the capacity to house approximately 1,761 residents.

Silvera provides affordable housing and support services to low and modest income seniors. We are requesting proposals that offer innovative service and support options to ensure our residents can continue to afford these necessary telecommunication services.

Silvera also operates a corporate network in all residential properties and requires a good Internet backbone to operate in.

We request your response to this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to include both sets of services.

Those being:
• Part A: A bulk TV, Internet, and Phone services contract for Silvera to pass on to our residents and
• Part B: A corporate Internet service with wireless connectivity throughout each building for Silvera corporate to operate within

Question submission deadline is 5:00pm (MST) on March 15th, 2024.

Proposal submissions are due by 2:00pm (MST) on April 5, 2024.
