The City of Langley wishes to invite proposals from interested and qualified vendors for the supply, installation and ongoing services for a Global Positioning System(GPS) & Automated Vehicle Locator(AVL) Fleet Management Service with wireless communication service, complete with software, hardware, and any necessary infrastructure/equipment.
