The Town of Riverview invites proposals for:
RFP #24-46 - Canada Day Fireworks
Closing Date and Time: March 19, 2024 at 3:00 P.M Atlantic Standard Time

The Town of Riverview, on behalf of the municipalities of Riverview, Moncton, and Dieppe (combined population of 155,000), is seeking proposals from professional fireworks production firms to provide material, equipment, and pyrotechnical services for the presentation of a fireworks display on July 1, 2024. Proponents are requested to supply a proposed plan to deliver a noteworthy fireworks display in tribute of Canada's birthday. Specifications and Request for Proposal documents can be acquired
through the New Brunswick Opportunities Network (NBON) website at https://nbon-rpanb.gnb.ca/. RFP proposal forms and specifications are posted on the NBON website. Proponents are encouraged to register (free of charge) with NBON to obtain bid documentation and amendments with respect to this RFP. Proposals must be delivered to the Town Clerk's Office, Riverview Town Hall, 30 Honour House Court, Riverview, NB, no later than 3:00 p.m., Atlantic Standard Time, March 19, 2024.

Questions shall be directed to Karen Thompson (kthompson@townofriverview.ca) by March 8, 2024 at 3:00 P.M.

Completed proposals must be received at the Town of Riverview's Town Hall, 30 Honour House Court, Riverview, N.B. prior to the closing time on the date indicated above.

There will be no public opening following the RFP closing. The preliminary assessment results will be posted on NBON under "tender results" following the closing.

The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
