Description

BCIT invites Proponents through a flexible procurement process, the Negotiated Request for Proposal for provision of architectural consulting services and to lead a design team (“Proposal). Proposals should identify a full team, including an architect/prime consultant and sub-consultant team, capable of providing consulting professional services (including leading a Design Team) to complete a schematic and design development, construction documents, construction tendering, civic permit approvals and construction administration for the Project outlined in this NRFP.
