Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Parkland County (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Consulting Services for Prospector’s Point Road Rehabilitation as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).

Parkland County is a rural municipality located immediately west of Edmonton. Covering an area of 242,595 hectares (599,500 acres), it is one of the largest in size and one of the highest populated of all rural municipalities in Alberta. Parkland County has grown to a community of over 30,000 people and has seen generations of families continue to enjoy country living.

Parkland County is seeking a qualified professional engineering consulting firm to provide Background Information Review, Field Investigations, Preliminary and Detailed Engineering Design, Quotation (Tender) Preparation, Evaluation and Award, Construction Supervision, Administration and Post Construction Services for the rehabilitation of Prospectors Point Rd, Twp 511 (Graminia Rd) to Recreational Area. It is anticipated that the construction will be complete in phases over 2024 and 2025.
