Description

PHO’s laboratory performs Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) of various organisms using Illumina NGS platforms. Preventative maintenance service is a mandatory requirement to ensure our systems are operational and meet regulatory standards.
Scope of Work
Any interested supplier must demonstrate by way of a Statement of Capabilities that it meets all of the following requirements and must be able to provide published evidence that the same services can be supplied to provide ongoing support to maintain laboratory operations of PHO’s Illumina platforms as it pertains to Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS).
