Description

Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the City of Merritt (the “City”) invites Proposals from suitability experienced landscaping firms, to perform a project to enhance the columbarium plus associated works at the City’s Pine Ridge Cemetery.

The Place of the Work is the Pine Ridge Cemetery (as shown on the Drawings) located at 1675 Juniper Drive, Merritt, BC, V1K 1J6.

The following are key milestone dates required for the Work:

The Work may commence anytime after: April 20, 2024
Substantial Performance of the Work (including any of the Optional Work if added) must be achieved no later than: October 4, 2024
Total Performance of the Work must be achieved no later than: October 25, 2024
