Description

This RFP is open to all interested vendors.

Summary: The City is issuing the RFP for the purpose of retaining an Architectural Consultant to act as a Coordinating Registered Professional (CRP)for the Village Square Leisure Centre Green and Accessible Retrofit project. The City will select a single integrated project team led by the CRP to provide all services from Pre-Design through Post-Construction and to deliver the project as outlined in this RFP.

This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
