Notice is hereby given that BC Emergency Health Services (“BCEHS”) in partnership with Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”), intends to directly award a Contract to the following supplier to provide a Vehicle Fleet Service Centre for BCEHS for a term of five (5) years, plus two (2) x 1-year options to extend at an estimated value of $5,046,700.00. Rationale
BCEHS posted Request for Proposal (RFP) VFS0123 on May 31, 2023, but did not receive qualified responses for a required service area. As a result, no award was made for the lower mainland Richmond area. After canvassing vendors in this specific geographic area, Columbia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ltd. was able to meet the requirements for service and will now be awarded a contract.

Vendors who wish to challenge this decision should submit a detailed written objection for the attention of Mark Fiset, Buyer, by email before 2:00pm Pacific Time, April 1st, 2024.
