Description

A mandatory site visit will be held on April 8, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Sudbury Beach Concession located at 3846 Skaha Lake Road, Penticton, BC. The Respondent or the Respondent’s representative must attend the site meeting for a Proposal to be considered.

The Corporation of the City of Penticton (the City) is seeking an operator for Sudbury Beach Concession for the purpose of operating the concession for a term of three (3) to five (5) seasons.

The City invites Proposals from Respondents who wish to enter into a Sub-License to Use agreement and operate the commercial concession facility known as Sudbury Beach Concession located at 3846 Skaha Lake Road, Penticton, BC.
