The Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (“ICBC”) offers for sale, by region as set out on Schedule A, vehicles considered to only have dismantle, or a scrap metal value designation (at ICBC’s sole discretion). ICBC invites Bids from Contractors who are registered with the BC Ministry of Environment and have an approved Environmental Management Plan in place.
