SLS SCM 2024 14 - Construction Monitor - Rapid Transit & Elevated Guideways

The British Columbia Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure is seeking proposals from qualified Proponents to perform the functions of a Construction Monitor – Rapid Transit and Elevated Guideway to be a part of the Project Team, responsible to manage and supervise work of the main construction contractor (“Project Co”) on the Surrey Langley Skytrain Extension Project (the “Project”) as the Project approaches the construction phase.
It is anticipated that the construction will begin in late 2024. The term of the anticipated contract will be from the date of award until late 2028. At the discretion of the Ministry and subject to available appropriation and satisfactory performance, there is an option-to-renew the term of the subsequent contract for four (4) additional 6-month periods.
