Supply and Delivery of 75,000 litres/year of Winter Road Maintenance Liquids for Pre-wetting and Direct Liquid Application (DLA) to the Ministry of Transportation Maintenance Storage Facility at the Carleton Place Patrol Yard in the Ottawa maintenance contract area for a two (2) year contract term.
