La direction générale des technologies souhaite faire une demande d'information (RFI) pour éventuellement, suite a une demande de propositions, retenir les services d'un fournisseur qui accordera un droit d'accès à son logiciel de gestion des demandes d'assistance (ITSM) en tant que service basé sur l'infonuagique.

Le projet de transformation et mise à niveau du logiciel de gestion de services informatique est totalement aligné avec les actions identifiées dans le cadre de la stratégie Cap sur l'avenir du plan opérationnel institutionnel 2023-2028 qui touche la modernisation des infrastructures numériques.
