The City is seeking proposals from experienced Proponents for a solution with the capabilities to implement and support a Work Management Platform solution for the Customer Service and Communications (CSC) business unit. The team consists of communications, media relations, web and digital, creative, engage, research, marketing, business strategy and social media divisions.

The City intends to enter into an Agreement with ONE (1) Proponent for the provision of all components as described above.

The Agreement will be for an initial Term of three (3) year(s).
After the initial term, the Agreement may be extended three (3) times for three (3) years each time for a total maximum term of twelve (12) years.

The Agreement(s) will include a PoC for three (3) month(s). See Appendix F for more information about the PoC.
