The Village of New Minas (Village) is seeking to identify interested and qualified Bidders for the renovation of the former recreation office (approximately 1,100 sf) located in Lockhart Ryan Park, New Minas NS. The overall goal is to open up and refurbish the interior, add an interior barrier free washroom and kitchenette, install new fixtures in the external washrooms, refurbish the exterior, and upgrade the energy efficiency to meet current standards.
