Description

The City of Grande Prairie (the “City”) desires to enter into a five (5) year agreement for leasing of new multifunctional units that combine photocopiers, printers, scanners, and faxes. The City is soliciting pricing for leasing multi-function units and an all-inclusive cost per page pricing that includes, toner, disposing of used toner, service, maintenance, repairs, labour, training, ancillary charges, call out, delivery, machine relocation, end of contract equipment return (remove and transport) from each applicable City facility.
