Description

The purpose of this procurement is to continue foundational work started in 2022 in attracting investment opportunities from the defense and security industry to Sturgeon County.

JPOM was the sole proponent for RFP 2022-056, issued in the spring of 2022. A unique service space, JPOM have an entrenched understanding of Sturgeon County's requirements. Taking into consideration the previous engagement for services, lack of market engagement, and the consultants unique understanding of Sturgeon County's requirements at this time, moving to another vendor would be cost and time prohibitive. Any vendors seeing this NOA interested in working with Sturgeon County on defense and security sector strategies are encouraged to contact us for future procurement opportunities and projects in this space.
