Interuniversity Services Inc. (ISI), on behalf of its member institutions, is soliciting proposals for complete commercial kitchen cleaning services, which generally includes the cleaning of kitchen hoods and exhaust, filters, exhaust fans, ducts, grease traps, and various kitchen appliances.
