Description

This NRFP is intended to solicit Proposals to deliver and implement a Platform for substantial shareholder disclosure monitoring and compliance as outlined in this document (the “Project”).

What problems must the Platform solve?

• Rapid rate of regulatory change and increasing global reporting requirements regarding substantial shareholder disclosure and other securities law requirements.
• Adapt AIMCo’s processes to reflect the increasingly global nature of AIMCo’s investment platform.
• Reduce risks of non-compliance with global substantial shareholder (and potentially sensitive industry and position limits) regulations, including those arising from missed or late filings.
• Reduce risk of human error that may arise from manual preparation of filings.
• Simplify and automate preparation of substantial shareholder filings (and potentially sensitive industries and position limits) and monitoring processes.
