Description

Beaver Lake Provincial Recreation Area (BeaverLPRA) is located on the north
side of Beaver Lake, 3 km East of Lac La Biche, Alberta, and approximately 230 km Northeast of Edmonton.

A Project Plan has been developed which conceptualizes construction of ten
(10) fully-serviced, fixed-roof, “comfort camping” cabins for year-round
serviceability as well as construction of a fully-serviced operational support
facility.

The Project Plan establishes general objectives related to the goals of future
amenities at BeaverLPRA. Following the processes outlined in this RFP, the
successful Proponent will work with the Province to formalize opportunities
identified in the Project Plan so as to implement and achieve the end result
desired by the Province.

The purpose of this RFP is to invite Proposals from suitably qualified
Proponents who demonstrate sufficient experience and qualifications to
provide feasibility study, concept design, detailed design, tender administration, construction administration, and commissioning consulting services for the development of the sites, roads, utilities, and buildings as
identified and supported by the Project Plan.
