The Town of High River is inviting proposals from qualified Engineering Firms to develop a Minimum Development and Engineering Design Standards. The purpose of this Request for Proposals process is to select a qualified Engineering Firms to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with High River for the performance of the Service. Further details about the Service required by High River are set out in Schedule "A" - Service Requirements.
