A general contractor is required to rehabilitate the entire building envelope for Calgary Housing Company properties: Huntington 2 (HUN2) at 6835 Centre Street NW and Huntington 3 HUN3 at 6803 Centre Street NW through a Request for Proposal (RFP). The following is the general scope of the project:

•Remove and replace the exterior siding, balcony doors, railings, and windows.
•Install exterior lighting around the building and parking area.
•Renovate existing balconies and add railings.
•Installing new exterior garbage enclosure.
