Description

The Summer Villages on Sylvan Lake (Norglenwold, Birchcliff, Jarvis Bay and Sunbreaker Cove) is seeking quotations for the construction and rehabilitation for local and arterial roads within the Summer Villages.
The Summer Villages is seeking a qualified contractor to complete asphalt paving improvement work within the road network based on the recommendations of a road condition assessment completed and approved in late 2023.
The general scope of work for this program consists of a combination of reconstruction (0.21 km), Edge mill & 50 mm overlay (4.48 km), and surface treatment (1.71 km) road rehabilitation work.
